A: Yes! We're located between Corona & Riverside in California. Our main office is only one block away from the i-91 freeway, 5 minutes from Corona, 20 from Redlands, Moreno Valley or Yorba Linda. 
Q: I'm not sure what's wrong with my device, do you charge any diagnostic fee?
A: No! The diagnostics are always free on all repairs!
Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: You don't need an appointment, you can just walk in. We are open:
* Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm
Q: I need a repair, but I'm not from Southern California. what do I need to do?
A: If you already know what type of repair you need and you don't have any questions you can simply ship your device to us, that's right - you don't need to waste your time on placing online orders. We don't need your credit card information up front. Your personal data is never shared with 3rd party companies. Simply go to the mail-in section of our website and follow the shipping guidelines over there. Q: Is it secure?
A: Yes, of course! We are a company licensed by the County of Riverside, Verified by the Chamber of Commerce & Merchant Services. We are also a Paypal Verified Merchant! We also have a physical location in Riverside, California!
Q: Do you offer repairs for the first generation iPhone?
A: YES! We‘re not scared of this device as others are. We worked with iPhones since the first one was released so we have a lot of experience and can fix your 2G as well!
Q: How long does it take to fix my device?
A: It depends on the issue, but typically we‘'re able to do most of our repairs within 1 hour for local customers and withinh 24-48 hours for mail-in orders.
Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: Yes, 100%! We give 90 days full parts & labor warranty on all the repairs we do. That does not apply only to water damaged devices. Warranty is not valid for physically damaged devices either. For complete warranty information please check our policies section.
Q: Do you use recycled or used parts?
A: We never use parts other than brand new & OEM!
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Because our services prices are so low we can't offer free shipping, but we charge only the actual cost of shipping and we highly recommend using usps flat rate box service for only $5 to keep the repair cost as low as possible!
